On Sunday 25 October, San’at - Forum für Kunst, Kultur und Wissenschaft e.V. transformed a Berlin venue into a hub of Uzbek culture and hospitality. The highlight of the event was the joint preparation of the traditional Tashkent wedding plov under the guidance of head chef Shokhayit Odilov. The live cooking demonstration was accompanied by a varied presentation of Uzbek applied and fine arts, traditional clothing, music and dances from various regions of the country.
